Presidential decree n ° 2021-67 of July 23, relating to the extension of the state of emergency by 6 months, was published in the last issue of the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia (63).
It emerges from the first article of the presidential decree that the state of emergency is extended throughout Tunisia for 6 months from Saturday July 24, 2021 until January 19, 2022.
The state of emergency has continued since November 24, 2015 throughout the territory of the Republic, following the terrorist attack which targeted a presidential guard bus in the capital, killing 12 and wounding 16 .
